Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation efforts across client engagements. You will guide UI/UX development, integrate components, and ensure alignment with client business requirements.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, mentor a diverse team, and drive both traditional and agile delivery practices. Travel to client sites may be required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least two of the listed ServiceNow certifications (Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5 resources, including offshore).
• Provide guidance on process and technology transformation to meet business objectives.
• Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions; ensure alignment with roadmaps.
• Support both waterfall and agile delivery, including planning and risk management.
