Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation projects and to grow client relationships across industries. You will oversee UI design, data foundations, and integration efforts while mentoring a diverse technical team.

This role requires strong communication, travel readiness, and a drive for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. The position offers exposure to hybrid delivery models and strategic roadmaps, with a focus on scalable IT operations management

Qualifications

• Irrefutable bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB process implementations and transformation.
• Lead client design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models including planning, budgets, risks.
• Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
