Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation teams and drive client-facing work across multiple locations in the US. You will guide requirements, UI development, and integration strategies while mentoring a diverse team of consultants and developers.

You will collaborate with clients to define needs, design user interfaces, and deliver robust, scalable solutions. Travel may be required as projects demand, with a strong emphasis on cross-border collaboration within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 2-4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on ITOM/CMDB processes and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
