Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation initiatives across ITOM/CMDB. You will drive client engagements, shape solutions, and mentor delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You’ll identify user requirements, design UI across mobile and web, develop reusable components, and partner with stakeholders to deliver on business objectives. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 2-4 years ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• ITSM/HAM/SAM certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Experience with waterfall and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Gather requirements and lead workshops with clients.
• Develop UI across mobile, web and tablet platforms.
• Build high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
