Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation initiatives across multiple client engagements in the US. You will drive design, configuration, development, testing and deployment while guiding a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver outcomes that align with client objectives.

You will gather requirements, define UI needs across mobile, web and tablet platforms, and ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB transformation teams and delivery.
• Mentor 3–5 person cross‑functional teams, including offshore resources.
• Define requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
