Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation for diverse clients nationwide, with travel to meet stakeholders. You’ll define user requirements, design UI concepts across mobile/web, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead across ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore personnel.
• Lead client workshops and translate business objectives into process and technology changes.
