Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITOM/CMDB transformation efforts across client engagements. You will shape solutions, mentor teams, and drive complex delivery across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and a strong emphasis on process and technology transformation. You will analyze requirements, design interfaces for mobile/web, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives while navigating waterfall and agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ITOM/CMDB process implementations and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
