Job summary

EY in the US seeks a Senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Consultant to lead transformation teams, shaping client outcomes and building lasting relationships across multiple projects.

You will identify user requirements, design UI components across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, work in both agile and waterfall contexts, and travel as needed to engage with clients and drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, and at least two of: ITSM, Discovery, Data Foundations, Event Management, Service Mapping.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team and manage offshore resources where applicable.
• Conduct requirement workshops and guide client sessions to drive outcomes.
