Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst/ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead HRSD transformation projects, interfacing with clients and internal teams to deliver architecture-driven solutions. You’ll mentor teams, shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases and drive successful delivery across multiple locations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design service solutions, and ensure governance and security standards are met. Occasional travel is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the ServiceNow HRSD certifications listed.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid driver's license in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Advise clients on responsible AI adoption in HRSD and governance, data readiness and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design system architectures.
• Facilitate workshops and drive successful, on-time project delivery.
