Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams and deliver HRSD solutions for major clients. You will gather requirements, design architectures, and drive successful project outcomes while building client relationships across engagements.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with offshore resources, and apply AI-enabled HRSD capabilities to improve self-service, onboarding, and lifecycle events. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• Certified in ServiceNow CSA or CAD with at least one HRSD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client workshops.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects and solutions delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on HRSD best practices and AI-enabled HRSD capabilities.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD and help shape strategic roadmaps.
• Facilitate client workshops and ensure deliverables meet business goals.
