Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in ServiceNow HRSD to lead transformation teams and deliver client-focused HRSD solutions. You will gather requirements, design architectures, and mentor a small multi-disciplinary team while building strong client relationships.

Expect travel to meet client needs and advance your consulting career. You will interact with stakeholders to bridge business needs and technology, shaping AI-enabled HRSD use cases and ensuring successful program delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field (CS/IS/Engineering) or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification, plus at least one of: HR Service Delivery, etc.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects including design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of 3–5 resources (onsite and offshore).
• Engage clients to gather requirements and drive solution design and delivery.
