Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective system architecture.

You will also mentor a multi-disciplinary team and shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases, guiding governance, data readiness, and adoption strategy while working across waterfall and agile delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• Certifications: CSA or CAD; one of HR Service Delivery certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery with design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore.
• Advise clients on best practices for HRSD process transformations and AI adoption.
