EY seeks a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant to lead transformation projects and mentor cross-functional teams. You will gather requirements, design architectures, and drive delivery with a focus on AI-enabled HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar
• 2-4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience leading teams and supervising others

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams and client delivery
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD
• Shape HRSD use cases leveraging AI capabilities
• Facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions
