Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computing or related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD plus one of the listed ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRSD project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team and mentor 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Advise on AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance for client implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
