Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation efforts, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and drive AI-enabled HRSD initiatives while managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and strategic roadmaps, with travel to meet client needs and a focus on scalable, secure HR services across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery, etc.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects, including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore personnel.
• Provide guidance for HRSD process implementations and transformation.
• Advise on AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance, privacy, and strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and design system architecture.
• Facilitate workshops and drive client sessions; manage project artifacts.
