Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst/Consultant to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation projects across the US. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and guide teams to deliver architecture-driven outcomes for clients.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled HRSD features while managing timelines, risks, and budgets. You will work with a cross-functional team in a client-facing role, travel as needed, and contribute to winning new opportunities through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the HRSD certifications listed (e.g., Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery).
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a 3-5 person multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for HRSD process transformations and best practices.
• Articulate AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance considerations.
• Collaborate with clients to shape requirements and deliver system architectures.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture needs and drive outcomes.
• Support both waterfall and agile delivery activities and artifact creation.
