• CSA or CAD certification.
• At least 1 of the HRSD certifications listed.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD delivery with design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore teams.
• Guide clients on HRSD process transformations and AI-enabled capabilities.
