Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead HRSD transformation efforts for diverse clients. You will drive design, configuration, and deployment, while building client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled HRSD capabilities, governance, and delivery excellence, with travel to meet clients. Enable scalable solutions across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• ServiceNow HRSD project experience required (2–4 years).
• CSA or CAD certification required; additional CMA/CTA is a plus.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Valid driver's license in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery including design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on HRSD processes and transformation through AI-enabled solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and shape strategic roadmaps.
• Manage waterfall and agile delivery activities, budgets, risks and issues.
