Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation initiatives across client projects in the US. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements and guiding implementation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and organization.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3–5 resources) including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for HRSD process implementations and business objective alignment.
• Advise on AI-enabled HRSD solutions (Now Assist, EmployeeWorks, Employee Slate) and governance.
• Shape insights into strategic roadmaps and lead client workshops.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery with planning, budgets, risks and issues.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
