Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead transformation efforts and bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will guide service delivery, manage client expectations, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-value HRSD projects across client environments.

The role involves working with AI-enabled HRSD capabilities (Now Assist, EmployeeWorks, Employee Slate) and shaping governance, data readiness, and adoption strategies. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery; 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.
