Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation for U.S. clients, bridging business needs and technology solutions while growing client relationships.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, mentor 3–5 resources including offshore, and shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases with Now Assist, EmployeeWorks, and Employee Slate to improve self-service and lifecycle delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 1 of the following: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, reliability.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.
• Ideally CMA or CTA.
• Experience with Now Assist/EmployeeWorks/Employee Slate in HRSD.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (including offshore).
• Provide guidance on HRSD best practices and drive client value through process and technology transformation.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and client sessions to ensure aligned outcomes.
