Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead transformation teams and drive HRSD solutions for clients. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, design architecture, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable HRSD systems.

You will mentor 3–5 resources (including offshore) and support client relationships while applying best practices in AI-enabled HRSD and governance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required; one of HR Service Delivery implementations is a plus.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery including design, config, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (including offshore).
• Advise on governance, data readiness, security, and adoption strategies for HRSD AI solutions.
