Job summary

EY is actively seeking a Senior Technology Analyst/Consultant to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation initiatives for clients across the US. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and work with business stakeholders to deliver architecture that meets critical HR needs.

You will mentor 3–5 resources, including offshore teammates, and help shape AI-enabled HRSD use cases, ensuring governance and value delivery for large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a tech field is required.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications.
• One of the listed ServiceNow certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams and manage client relationships.
• Guide design, configuration, development, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Advise on responsible AI adoption in HRSD and define governance.
