Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation projects, shaping client solutions and building strong relationships across diverse teams.

You will guide design, configuration, testing and deployment, manage a multi-disciplinary team (including offshore resources), and apply AI-enabled HRSD capabilities to improve employee self-service, onboarding and lifecycle events while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typical 2-4 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one ServiceNow HRSD certification (e.g., HR Service Delivery).
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills including communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation teams and client engagements.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
