Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
At least one of the HRSD certifications.
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Driver's license and ability to travel in the US.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore staff.
Advise clients on HRSD tech transformation and AI adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support governance, risk, and delivery planning across engagements.
Create high-quality project artifacts and maintain client relationships.
