Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead HRSD transformation initiatives, design and deliver solutions, and mentor a cross-functional team. You will engage with clients, gather requirements, and steer architectural designs that align with business needs and governance around AI features in HRSD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is required.
• One of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery Implementations, etc.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to lead teams.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S. and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery across design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Advise on HRSD process implementations and transformation objectives.
• Apply knowledge of AI-enabled HRSD features to improve self-service and lifecycle events.
• Facilitate client sessions and workshops and drive requirements gathering.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery activities including planning and risk logs.
