Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead transformation programs and deliver innovative HRSD solutions across client environments. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and shaping AI-enabled HRSD use cases to improve HR services and experiences.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design system architecture, and drive successful deployments in a demanding, travel-friendly role across US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A U.S. driver's license; ability to travel for client work.
• Leadership in client workshops and requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Advise on HRSD process transformations and AI-enabled HRSD use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to shape requirements and roadmaps.
• Participate in planning, risk/issue management and governance.
