Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to lead HRSD transformation programs in the United States. You will gather requirements, design and implement HRSD solutions, and guide cross-functional teams on standards and best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes, while advancing your consulting and leadership skills. The role may require travel and offers a comprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• Certification in HRSD (HR Service Delivery) is preferred.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD project delivery across design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Provide governance and best-practice guidance for HRSD transformations.
• Leverage AI-enabled HRSD solutions to improve employee self-service and case resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and client sessions to gather requirements and shape roadmaps.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery activities including planning and risk management.
• Produce high-quality project deliverables and artifacts.
