Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and implement enterprise ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on configuration, scripting, workflows, and platform extensions to deliver upgrade-safe, scalable applications.

You will work remotely (U.S.) on complex integrations, catalog items, CMDB improvements, and reporting, collaborating with admins, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure reliable end-to-end service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field is required.
• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow CSA credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer.
• Write server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Develop scoped applications following platform best practices.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences.
• Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements.
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics as needed.
• Participate in design reviews and document technical decisions.
