Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, configure, and extend ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM solutions. You will implement workflows, Flow Designer flows, scripting, integrations, UI customizations, and platform enhancements while ensuring upgrade-safe, scalable performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6).
• Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
