Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to design, configure, and extend ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps. You will implement workflows, UI customization, and platform extensions with an emphasis on upgrade-safe code.

The role requires hands-on development, strong scripting skills, and experience shipping production ServiceNow solutions. This remote, full-time role emphasizes maintainable code and collaboration with admins and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
Service Portal widget development experience.
ServiceNow CSA credential.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate.
Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution.
Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
