Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The incumbent will design and implement ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions, develop workflows, and build integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Servers, ensuring upgrade-safe, scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow CSA credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped apps.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate.
• Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts.
• Develop scoped applications following platform best practices.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences with widgets.
• Develop and maintain CMDB integrations and data quality improvements.
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Participate in design reviews, document technical decisions.
• Support upgrades and remediation of customizations.
• Troubleshoot performance, scripting, and integration issues; apply root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with admins, BAs, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices.
