Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will build and maintain ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions, focusing on hands-on configuration, scripting, and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and CSA certification. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
Hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and UI customization.
Develop platform extensions while ensuring upgrades remain upgrade-safe and maintainable.
Design integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server with external systems.
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.
