Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Developer to design, implement, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. The role centers on hands‑on configuration, scripting, and integrations, while upholding upgrade‑safe, scalable practices.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript, and CSA certification. Remote U.S. work with direct W2 employment is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns in ServiceNow.
• Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies.
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub experience.
• REST, SOAP, and MID Servers integration experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Service Portal widget development experience.
• CSA credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Hands‑on configuration and development: workflows, scripting, UI customization, integrations.
• Ensure upgrade‑safe, maintainable, and performant platform implementations.
