Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay current with new applications, and lead delivery across multi-workstreams with a focus on governance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• 6+ years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years demonstrated ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value and work with ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders to solve governance and program issues.
