Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions for client engagements in a consulting environment. You will lead post-sales engagements, manage multi-workstream delivery, and collaborate with account teams to advance, all while shaping governance, program management, and business outcomes.

Preferred candidates will have 10+ years in enterprise technology programs, 6+ years in ServiceNow, and 4+ years in client-facing

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership, including direct engagement with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated, in-depth ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments.
• Travel may be required for this role.
