Job summary

Accenture seeks a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to oversee successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will develop in the ServiceNow platform, stay current on offerings, and lead delivery teams through complex, multi-workstream programs.

This role requires leadership of engagements, strong governance, and collaboration with enterprise software clients and consulting teams, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or equivalent platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, and client outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issue/risk register, weekly status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise sponsors and stakeholders.
• Access to training and certification opportunities.
