Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to guide successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will develop in ServiceNow, stay current with offerings, and bring process discipline to complex multi-workstream programs.

You will manage multi-faceted delivery teams, engage with executive sponsors, and contribute to governance and strategic decisions. Involvement in training and certification opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years of platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales through successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plans and risk registers.
• Identify opportunities to add value and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors and stakeholders.
