Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform for clients and stay up to date with the latest offerings.

You will lead engagements from post-sales through delivery, manage project teams, prepare deliverables, and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (12 years) or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from post-sales to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and to work with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders.
