Job summary

Accenture seeks a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You’ll roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay current on new offerings, and lead multi-workstream enterprise deployments with a focus on governance and business outcomes.

You will manage engagements from post-sales through delivery, coordinate project teams, and work with ServiceNow account teams to identify additional value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations (multi-workstream or enterprise-scale).
• Minimum of 4 years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales to successful delivery including scope, deliverables, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team and client-facing deliverables.
