Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will lead engagements from post-sales through delivery, managing scope, budget and stakeholder alignment while driving improvements to implementation methodologies and service offerings.

Travel may be required based on client needs. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years with ServiceNow, CSA certification, CIS

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery.
Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
Lead and manage the implementation project team.
Prepare client facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
