• Lead at least a couple of ServiceNow implementations in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and project scoping.
• Mentor team and share technical guidance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide weekly/status reports.
