Qualifications

Experience as a Technical Lead.
ITIL process definition and integration solutions.
Translate customer requirements into functional specs.
Review requirements for accurate estimation.
Led multiple ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM implementations.
Expert in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, and integrations.
Mentor team and share knowledge.
Strong ITIL knowledge; align with industry standards.
ServiceNow certifications: Systems Administrator & Implementation Specialist; ITIL V3 Foundation.
Agile/Scrum knowledge.
Experience in customer meetings; reporting to clients and management.

Responsibilities

Lead implementations in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM and manage one complete lifecycle.
Review and refine requirements for accurate estimates; communicate risks and impacts.
Mentor and guide team members; share technical knowledge.
Engage with customers in meetings and provide weekly/monthly status reports.
