Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Lead in ServiceNow projects.
- Defined ITIL processes, integration solutions, and architecture considerations.
- Translates business requirements into functional specs.
- Review requirements for accurate estimation and planning.
- Led multiple ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM lifecycles.
- Expert in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
- Proactive issue analysis and mentoring to the team; strong ITIL knowledge; agile familiarity.
- Certified: ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL V3 Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams on ServiceNow deployments and migrations.
- Define and map business requirements to technical solutions.
- Oversee estimations, timelines, and risk management for implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide weekly status updates.
- Mentor team members and share best practices in ServiceNow.
