Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a remote Technical Lead for ServiceNow programs. You will guide implementations across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM, translate business needs into functional specs, and mentor the delivery team.

Ideal candidates hold ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certs along with ITIL Foundation, and have strong Agile/Scrum experience to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead.
• ITIL process definition, integration solutions and architecture understanding.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation.
• Led multiple ServiceNow implementations in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Expertise in deployments, migrations, integrations and orchestration.
• Review and proactively analyze/resove issues.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and industry correlations.
• Must be certified with ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ITIL V3 Foundation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and drive delivery for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Review requirements and provide accurate estimations.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
• Engage with customers, provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage project scope, risks, and timelines.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and integrations.
