Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive multi-module implementations (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM) including integrations, migrations, and upgrades. You will mentor the team, align with ITIL standards, and translate business needs into functional specs.

Remote work is supported with a strong emphasis on client engagement, governance, and delivery excellence. Prior ServiceNow implementation leadership and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead with ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and conversion of business requirements to functional specs.
• Experience leading multiple ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM implementations throughout lifecycle.
• Expertise in deployments, migrations, integrations, orchestration and upgrades for ServiceNow.
• Ability to review requirements for accurate estimation and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM) and related integrations.
• Review requirements and translate into functional specifications for design/estimation.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge to improve delivery quality.
• Manage customer communications and weekly/monthly status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ITIL alignment and best practices.
