Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks a seasoned Technical Lead to drive ServiceNow engagements remotely. You will guide architecture, define functional requirements from customer needs, and oversee implementation lifecycles across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and FSM.

The role requires certification in ServiceNow (CSA/ CAD and Implementation Specialist) and ITIL V3 Foundation, plus strong ITIL knowledge and Agile/Scrum familiarity, with excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to align with customer requirements.
• Lead multiple ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM implementation lifecycles.
• Expertise in deployments, migrations, upgrades and third‑party integrations.
• Must be ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist certified; ITIL V3 foundation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for customer and management.
• Communicate requirements, solutions, responsibilities, risks and impacts clearly.
• Lead and manage project team members across engagements.
• Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives to improve delivery.
