Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for remote engagement across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM projects. You will drive architecture, lead implementation lifecycles, and coordinate with customers to define functional requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing estimates, mentoring the team, and ensuring alignment with ITIL standards and best practices, while guiding migrations and upgrades across ServiceNow modules.

Qualifications

Experience as a Technical Lead on ServiceNow implementations.
Strong ITIL process knowledge and mapping to customer needs.
Expertise in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
Must have ServiceNow Systems Administrator & Implementation Specialist certs and ITIL V3 Foundation.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Review requirements for accurate estimation and scope.
Lead multiple ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
Provide architecture guidance and solution integration.
Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
Engage with customers, provide reports to stakeholders, manage risks.
