Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our global service organization.

Reporting to the VP of Service, this role partners across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance, operational excellence, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related tech.
• Experience supporting field service or service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize global service business processes and standards.
• Translate needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of service systems globally.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop and govern master data strategy across systems.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reporting to deliver insights.
• Develop data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Partner with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service teams.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on priorities.
• Drive adoption of global processes and reporting methodologies.
• Create training materials and user documentation.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
