Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our rapidly growing global service organization.

Reporting to the VP, Service, this role collaborates across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service operations tech.
• Experience supporting field service or equipment-based service orgs.
• Proven design of system integrations and data flows.
• Experience building dashboards and KPIs for operations and strategy.
• Strong data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service processes with leadership.
• Translate needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of global service systems.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and BI tools.
• Develop and execute a data master strategy across systems.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI, Tableau reports for operational insights.
• Develop data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Partner across Service, IT, Finance and Quality to align objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to IT and development teams.
• Drive adoption of global processes and reporting methodologies.
• Create training materials and user support programs.
• Evaluate emerging analytics tech to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
